Service technicians:

The installation of ASD Systems dispensing machines is carried out through the Company's service personnel. Service technicians repair the vending machines on an ongoing basis, as well as perform warranty inspections, throughout the country.

Field service technicians:

In addition, starting in 2019, ASD Systems provides maintenance services through authorized field service technicians. The goal we aim to achieve is to carry out services in the shortest possible time - max. The aim is to provide service within the shortest possible time - max. 12 hours, from the moment the need for repair is identified. At present, such services are provided by seven of our collaborators from Olsztyn, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Lubin, Wrocław, Rzeszów and Poznań. They operate in the following provinces:

  • Warmian-Masurian,

  • Podlaskie and part of Masovian,

  • Pomeanian,

  • West Pomeranian and Lubusz,

  • Subcarpathian, Lublin and part of Lesser Poland,

  • Lower Silesian and Opole,

  • Greater Poland,

  • the remaining voivodships (Silesian, Holy Cross, Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Łódź) are serviced at the moment by field service technicians from other voivodships, and if necessary by a service technician from Bielsko-Biała;

Helpdesk:

Technical support for users is provided by Helpdesk consultants, 7.00 - 20.00 (Mon - Fri) and Saturdays 8.00 - 20.00

The recommended form of contact is the Customer's e-mail notification to: helpdesk@asdsystems.pl. The application creates a unique request number and sends an e-mail with this number to the customer in response. If you need to contact us by phone, please contact the Helpdesk department at 33 444 00 00 and quote your request number.

All notifications, especially failures, are immediately taken up by the Helpdesk.

In cases of necessity, where remote removal of the machine malfunction is not possible, a date for a service visit is set with the Customer.

Customer Service:

The implementation of the dispensing machines ordered by the Customer is handled by the Customer Technical Supervisors . The supervisor's task is to establish and collect all the data necessary to start up the machine's production, in particular:

  • technical information related to e.g.: the type of proximity card reader used by the client, or preferences for connecting the device to the network (LAN/GSM),

  • preferences related to the configuration of the machine and creation of the optimal reel grid,

  • the correct selection of products and their placement in the machine,

  • agreement on how to load the products,

  • import all data, products and users into the system.
