- Restricting Access to Products. The manager of the vending machine system may restrict the employees' access only to those articles that are necessary for them due to their work or position.
- Limits for the number of product downloads. Each employee may only have access to a certain number of products in a certain period (e.g. monthly). Therefore, it takes not only the necessary products, but also only the required amount.
- Creation of employee profiles. The "manager" of the system can divide all employees into groups and categories - e.g. due to their affiliation to a given department, sector or even a specific project. - Full distribution records. Product and employee data is provided in real time and available in the IDS application. Alerts can be set for some values (e.g. minimum number of products).
