Technical support - ASD Systems service technicians

The installation of ASD Systems vending machines is carried out through the Company's service personnel. Our service technicians repair the machines and maintain them on an ongoing basis. Moreover, they carry out their warranty inspections throughout the country. As of 2019, we provide service through authorized field service technicians. We strive to carry out services in the shortest possible time, i.e. up to twelve hours from the time the need for repair is identified.

Technical support - in which provinces do we offer?

Currently, we provide our service through our associates who are from Olsztyn, Gdansk, Szczecin, Lubin, Wroclaw, Rzeszow and Poznan. Our activities cover the territory of Poland, with particular emphasis on the provinces:

  • varmint,
  • podlaskie and part of Mazovia,
  • pomeranian,
  • west Pomeranian and Lubuskie,
  • podkarpackie, Lubelskie and part of Małopolskie,
  • lower Silesia and Opole,
  • wielkopolskie,
  • the other provinces are serviced by field service technicians from other provinces. If necessary, we provide technical support with service technicians stationed in Bielsko-Biała.

Helpdesk to the rescue!

We offer technical support for users. We carry them out through our Helpdesk consultants. They are available on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm.

We recommend email requests to: Once the message is received, a notification number is assigned. If you need to contact the department by phone, please call: +48 33 444 00 00 and provide your request number. In the case of malfunctions and other inconveniences - Helpdesk immediately takes action.

If it is necessary to remove the fault - we first undertake remote service. If this is not possible - we set a date for a service visit.

Customer Service

The implementation of dispensing machines ordered by the client is handled by the Client's Technical Supervisors. Their task is to determine and collect all the data necessary to start the production of the machine. Among them should be mentioned:

  • technical information related to, for example, the type of proximity card reader used at the customer's site, as well as the device's network connection preference (LAN or GSM),
  • preference related to the configuration of the device and the creation of the optimal drum grid of the vending machine,
  • proper selection of products and their arrangement in the device,
  • agreeing on how to load products,
  • import all data, products and users into the system.
