PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The L40 vending machine is a self-service machine that allows the storage of up to 40 different products, in specially designed lockers. The ability to adjust the height of the shelves in four sizes allows the machine to be adapted to load large items.
The L40ME version has specially prepared sockets, which are designed for the optional internal installation for charging.
The L40 might be equipped with a barcode reader and an auxiliary machine without a user panel. On offer are also OEM units, which can successfully function and auxiliary OEM machine that does not have a user panel.
The L40 dispensing dispenser is ideal for vending health and safety items, MRO and more! The vending unit from ASD Systems makes stock management trivial and economical, without losing service quality!

Adjustment of chambers
The loading capacity of the device is achieved by the function of adjusting the chambers in height in four sizes. For our vending machine up to 40 products can be loaded.
With this solution, it is possible to easily and quickly load large-sized articles into the vending cabinet.

Dedicated lock
The pin lock included in the price of the vending cabinet is from the renowned Baton company. It provides opening of multiple vending machines with one key, effectively protecting against opening with a universal key. Thelock is made of high-quality steel.

Barcode reader
The barcode reader can identify even the most damaged codes, thanks to read enhancement software. It is a high-quality, multi-line (18 scanning lines) laser scanner, suitable for vertical operation. It is designed for built-in use. It is ideal for identifying loaded products and those taken from dispensing machines.

Protective pipes
Protection tubes form a barrier to protect the sides of vending machines from being hit by forklifts and other vehicles on warehouse floors. Durable steel construction provides effective protection. The tubes are mounted to the sides of the vending machines in technological holes, previously prepared with screws. The structure is powder-coated in bright colors or otherwise - according to individual needs.

Boxes
Boxes for small products for D1080 and D810 vending machines available in three widths. Ideal for small products like screws, nuts, etc. The boxes prevent them from falling out during the rotation of the drum and facilitate their removal from the vending machine.

Rubber pad
A pad to protect products from scratches
for D1080 and D810 vending machines is flexible by which it protects the product from damage during picking, and especially during the return of the tool and its loading. The soft padding allows you to place products in the machine without fear of scratching them, and thanks to the cutouts in the sponge, the pad adheres perfectly to the surface.

Internal 230V installation
Indoor installation available for the L40ME Automaton. Thanks to the special design of the rear of the automatic machine, we have the possibility to install boxes with 3 modules as required.

Drum scanning system
The drum scanning function can reduce loading times by up to 50%. It is available for the D540 and D810 automatic machines. It is possible to install the system in the currently operating vending machine.

Router and GSM modem
Wherever it is not possible to easily install a wired LAN, the machine can be connected to the local network via Wi-Fi.

Warranty extension
An extensive warranty extension offer allows extending the protection up to 6 years (for parts alone). The variant of comprehensive protection (all-inclusive) includes the repair of vending machines by authorized service technicians with a guaranteed response time of up to 24 hours.
