The system used to manage vending machines at ASD Systems is IDS. With it, you can generate reports of issued items, monitor product stock in devices, manage equipment and user access, and add new assortments. Recently, a new module has been introduced that allows you to set prices for individual items directly in the system. This significantly speeds up price management, enabling you to generate transaction reports that include both the products dispensed and their assigned prices, making it much easier to settle accounts with clients.

The new Product Prices module in IDS – what makes it unique?

The “Product Prices” module is a tool that allows you to quickly and easily manage your company’s pricing policy. You can set and update prices for individual products as well as entire product groups.

Previously, this was a manual and error-prone process. Now, the new module enables you to change the prices of multiple products with just one click. Within the module, you can filter and sort prices (e.g., from lowest to highest), assign the same price to multiple products, and easily match prices by product ID, name, or signature. This makes the whole process more intuitive and far more efficient.

The module is ready to use out of the box, with no additional configuration required. Prices can be edited or deleted for multiple products at once, and access can be restricted to authorized users only, preventing unauthorized staff from seeing sensitive data. The system also supports prices in different currencies.
