Each of our clients is taken care of by a Technical Supervisor – this is a person who accompanies you from the very preparations for the production of a machine perfectly suited to the needs of the company, up to the installation of the machine. The consultant immediately responds to the problem – if possible, repairs the fault remotely, and if not, arranges a service appointment.

We strive to take service actions in the shortest possible time – usually it is up to 12 hours after reporting the problem.

Installation of the dispensing machine

The full implementation of each device in your enterprise will be handled by the Technical Supervisors themselves. We begin by determining all the data that is necessary to create a machine tailored to your company or needs – this includes, for example, the type of employee card reader and the device’s connection to the network, the method of loading the drum, and adjusting the design of the machine to the number and dimensions of the products distributed.

We further deliver the finished machines to the indicated address. Our employees install the vending machines, connect them to the network, import data into the system, and train them on their operation. On the same day, the vending machine can start working, which means serving the company and generating savings!

Warranty inspections and expansion of vending machines

Instead of repairing, it is better to prevent malfunctions and failures, that is, to take care of periodic, warranty technical inspection of equipment. Our service technicians will come to the site, check the technical condition and correct operation of the machines. If they notice any irregularities, they will immediately react or arrange a service visit.

Also, when additional machines are needed in the company, we combine the existing automats with the new ones into one network.
